Leonard Staisey House & Supported Living

Leonard Staisey House

The Leonard Staisey House is a completely refurbished apartment building in Squirrel Hill, serving adults with mental illness. Support staff help residents with coordination of treatment, monitoring of medications and with building the daily living skills which enable them to establish and maintain stability, to grow and to flourish in the community.

In addition to the comfortable apartments, Staisey House has a community living room which serves as a social gathering center, a Kosher kitchen and dining room for Sunday brunches and holiday celebrations and a lovely outdoor patio and garden area.

Residents On A Trip!

The Supported Living program serves adults with serious and persistent mental illness. Participants live in scattered sites through out the Squirrel Hill area and are provided with comprehensive individualized support based upon their own specific needs. Like the Staisey House Program, Supported Living participants receive in-home assistance with medication and symptom management, with skill development and with the establishment of stable and satisfying lives in the community.

An overall goal for all residential services is community integration for all program participants.
